Have I been scamed

I found a good deal on a drone mini 2 I bid on the item and paid for the item but seller told me I had no shipping cost but I did have to pay shipping and now every since I made the payment I have not been able to reach seller.  I read some of the reviews that weren’t showing yesterday.  And they say scam from start to finish and that seller is a fraud.  There are more good reviews than bad but there are those few bad reviews.  I tried to cancel and still no reply.   What should I do? Anybody got any information on what I should do? Thanks in advance

@dywi59  Sorry you have a bad seller.  

Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late.   eBay can not force the seller to issue a refund sooner.

4 business days after you file the refund request ask ebay to step in and help if the seller has not refunded you.  If you do not ask ebay to step in and help then the case closes after 21 days and you lose.

You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on ebay.  

If it is over that you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from date of purchase.

 Escalate the dispute to paypal if the seller doesn't refund you after a few days.    If you do not escalate the dispute the case closes after 20 days and you lose.

Or if you did not pay using PayPal you can file a chargeback with your bank or credit card.
