Half.Com commission rate changed?

i sell on Half.Com.  Recently I noticed they charged 25% on some sales.  It used to be 15%  When did it change?  Why am I being charged 15% on some sales & 25% on others?  Thanks

The change is fairly recent.  They sent out an email to Half.com sellers (maybe it was in November?).  I have, unfortunately, deleted my copy or I would share more information.  In any case, the change in fees was so very substantial that I deleted all of my stock and have closed my Half.com store.
