@yjm2dds I would NOT ship the watch directly to Germany as you need to have Signature on Delivery due to the sale price being over $750 to prove to eBay that the watch is delivered. If you don't have signature on delivery then you will NOT be paid by eBay if the buyer files a not received case or you are new to selling. Germany has a restriction that they will not allow you to INSURE the package with Priority since it's over $500.
"5. Germany will not accept any Priority Mail Express International or Priority Mail International insured item valued at more than $500. Items valued at more than $500 will be returned to sender."

I think you can ship it via Global Express and insure it but you'll have to buy that postage at the post office OR click and ship and it will be more expensive. Not sure if Global Express allows a signature required on delivery or not.
You use this tool to get a HS tariff code.

A Priority medium flat rate box will NOT work for shipping your watch since it can't be insured due the $500 limit placed by Germany. Also a medium flat rate box is not the best price for shipping for you or the buyer unless you are shipping a small VERY heavy item.
Again... just to be clear when YOU direct ship YOU are responsible the item arriving safely and on time. Also YOU are responsible for all refund requests, including not as described ones even if you do not agree with the reason.
That's why it's best to use eBay International Shipping Program if your account AND the item qualifies.
