HOW Do you contact Ebay without having to phone them and wait around on the phone???

There used to be a way to contact via email or appeal unpaid item strikes via email.  Now the only option I see is to phone them which is not feasible for me from my work place.

I have had now two sellers give me unpaid item strikes in the past month both in the "good will" catagory!  They refused to combine shipping and other "hatred" or "ill will" reasons.

What a stupid idea of restricting people's accounts because of measly 2 unpaid strikes given I buy 100s of items.
