Going into Vacation Mode

We are leaving for a week for our vacation, and will be away from the Internet. 

Do you shut down your eBay Store completely or do you use the HIDE MY LISTINGS feature?

On the one hand, we want to be sure no one purchases an item from us while we are gone, as obviously, we will not be able to fulfill the order until our return.

That would set us up for defects.  On the other hand, we have already paid for 30 day listings...and would incur relisting fees, if we shut everything down, and then relist upon our return. 

Your thoughts??
