Global Shipping Program to Pakistan

I have a customer in Pakistan who is trying to buy a a listing.  I have it set to use the Ebay Global Shipping Program.  Pakistan is in the list of countries that the Ebay Gobal Shipping Program can ship to, and I haven't excluded it.  However, it's telling him that I can't ship to Pakistan.  I checked the list of countries in the shipping part of the listing, and Pakistan isn't on it.  The package size is well beneath the maximum.

I realize that Pakistan used to be ineligible for the Ebay Global Shipping Program, but it's been eligible for quite a while.  Why is this a problem?

Not all items are eligible to be shipped to all countries. The GSP knows what items are permitted for import, and what items are being held up or rejected at the customs office for each country.

You can look at the Shipping & payment tab on your lsitings, and it will show you the countries that the item can be shipped to.

I looked at these items of yours, and Pakistan is not on the list of eligible countries.
