I sold an item through the GSP, but it failed to create an invoice (in such sales I can't create, alter, or even see GSP invoices).
I clicked "relist the item" to make sure my listing was created correctly, and sure enough, the GSP option box was checked.
2 chats with customer service so far: the first one insisted that I need to create the GSP invoice. The second one advised that my customer try and pay, which would generate the invoice. Neither helped at all.
So now I'm stuck with a very frustrated customer and no help available on a Sunday morning and holiday (4th of July), so if anyone out there knows a workaround, I'd sure appreciate it!

Since the customer was available and willing to go through a relist, that's what I did. GSP created the invoice. I will appeal the defect later.
If anyone has the answer to the problem though, do leave it here in case anyone else encounters this glitch.
