Getting paid when no QR code at pick up

My buyer just picked up an item in person. When she did, she couldn’t find the QR code I was supposed to scan. I marked it as picked up in person on my end. I’m worried I won’t get paid. What should I do?

You will get paid, you just have to wait a bit longer.

If you have already marked it picked up, I would not try to do anything more. If it happens again, ask the buy to find his payment confirmation email and send you the 6 digit code in a message.  You can then enter that code in the app - it is the same as scanning the QR code.

Also - always have a copy of the order handy, so your buyer can sign it 'received' when they don't have the codes.
