Getting paid for items sold

Is anyone else having trouble since being forced to switch over to their new scheme of payment and pay out?  It is no longer possible to get customer service. They have through the years made it even more difficult to sell or get your money. The system keeps telling me it had paid me when it has not. Looks like the only attempt to transfer failed and the older sales don't even said that much. About to stop sales until I see payment. 10 years ago they never took this long or as much money. So backward from years ago you would think this was a new site. How does someone fix the problem without access to a human?????
