Recently I bid on an item and a screen came up to confirm my payment type ( paypals, Credit card, etc) and said if I win the item it will be automatically billed within an hour or I could pay earlier.
As a seller I have experienced people not paying for items they have won. Sure I cancel the item, they get on some "list" for ebay and I block them from bidding on any of my auctions.
My question is how do I turn on this automatic payment for people that win my auctions? No buy it now but actual auctions.
