Garage Sale not uploading

This has gone from an occcasional annoyance to a serious problem the past two days and seems to be centered around eBay's picture service.  As I've attempted to upload previously working templates with minor changes there is an error message that comes up in GarageSale....Error.....21917241....There was a Picture Service server problem or there is a problem with your picture file.  Please try again later and if the problem persists, then try again using a different picrure file.  

Sounds okay the first time around....but the fact is that the picture file has no issues since it uploaded just fine in the past....AND last night some of the same images presented no problems at all and GarageSale worked fast and smoothly for a few auctions.

Does this not mean then that perhaps eBay's picture service is not equipped to handle the volume at peak times?  The ones that worked without a hitch last night were loaded at 11 pm or later.  I can't get a single one to load today and it is also not loading the Gallery image, although the listing has nothing wrong with it and is complete.

Anyone else running into this or have any solution to this?  This is awful....at this busy season to be kept from loading is really annoying.  BTW, GarageSale is working on it and did an analysis of my attempts to upload by accessing that info on my computer....no luck there since it is a picture service problem.
