Gallery Plus Feature Not Working for Me

I've been wondering for months now, why this feature works beautifully for practically everyone but me. My photos simply are never "enhanced" when I click on the little magnifier icon in the corner. All I ever get is very unattractive and annoying blank pop-ups. I've tried all different sized pictures, and even thought that using a new and different camera might help, but to no avail. And this is happening on both eBay selling accounts that I manage. What in the world can I be doing wrong? When I click on the magnifiers of other sellers' listings, it works fine. Click on my own (regardless of which computer I'm using, and with every browser possible) -- disappointment. I'm beginning to think eBay hates me 😞
