Funds on hold, awaiting delivery- no estimated release?!

I've checked on my payments on hold and 2 of them says "Funds on Hold - Awaiting delivery" but have no estimated release date. I've got another payment and it says the awaiting delivery but it does have an estimated release date. Can anyone tell my why this has happened?

Funds are usually released about 24 business hours after tracking that you upload to eBay shows delivery to the buyer. The funds are held for 21 days if there is no tracking OR the sold item is expensive.
