Fraudulent VeRO complaint from another seller

Hello,

One year ago, I was the victim of a fraudulent russian seller who filed a VeRO complaint against me to have my store closed so he can get more sales. Of course, he never replied any of my emails. After reviewing the complaint, ebay restored my items and erased the complaint from my record. The same seller did it again this year but this time. Ebay refuse to help me in resolving my problem. Counter-notice is useless because the seller is in russia. VeRO suggested me to list my items only in US and Canada, which I did. The crook made another complaint and I got suspended for 30 days. What a good advice from them!!!

I need advices to get this situation fixed because I am a successful seller and ebay stands there doing nothing to help. I am furious to see how sellers are left alone when they need help.
