Fraudulent Listing Practices

I attempted to report a clear case of fraudulent listing and Ebay blocked me. I assume they are "in bed" with the seller. Knife dealer is selling an item dated 2016 from the Rhet Stidham estate. Rhet Stidham died 2011. How crystal clear can this fraud be and why is Ebay protecting such obvious fraud?
