Follow-up feedback not working

For the past few months I have been unable to leave follow-up feedback. Has anyone else had this problem? It is not a browser-based issue.

I get the follow-up feedback screen, type in the follow-up, click on "Leave follow-up comment", and then get a screen stating:

Feedback Forum: Follow up to Feedback Left For Others
	

Where would you like to go next?
Follow up to feedback left
Item I last looked at
My eBay
My Member Profile

Checking, I find no follow-up is there.
