First Class shipping Not available?

Hello eBay community,

It’s anyone having issues with finding First Class on the delivery section? I attempted numerous times to list some items that weigh way below 13oz and there was absolutely no option for First Class. I also can’t seem to go back to using the quick listing tool... anyone having issues with that as well?
