Finding a particular Store

So, I went on Ebay's Help and it says that at the bottom of most pages is a link to "STORES" which is bull because I didn't find it on any page. So, my question is, if someone is trying to find my particular store how do they do that? People keep asking me and I have no idea. Seriously? Is it that difficult? This should be a no brainer thing. I would think customers would be able to just type the store name in.
