Final value fees for camera drones

Hello, I just wanted to know how eBay decides on its final value fees and how often it updates its fees. So I recently sold an item in the catagory Camera drones, which has as far as I can tell an 8% final value fee and no cap. So I have a fee for £128. However I am used to selling in the catagory Camcorders, for which there is a 5% fee and a maximum of £20 per sale fee. Anyway with 2 very similar items being sold in 2 very similar catagories how is it fair that I just paid £108 more than I usually would. Very dissapointing.
