I recently had a buyer not pay for the purchased item.  I opened an unpaid case but now I'm unable to leave negative feedback.  Ebay has said they've left an unpaid strike against the buyer, but this doesn't show in their feedback reviews.  Only positives can be left.

 I don't understand why I can't leave a negative review....it would serve other buyers to know that this person may not pay for items purchased.  I feel if they don't comply with the rules we should be able to leave negative feedback.  It's very frustrating to put out the effort to sell an item and then have the buyer renege with few to no consequences.
