I sold an item and had to do a refund, the seller was allowed to burn me with a bad feedback, i however was not allowed to leave any feedback whatsoever as it was refund and it took my option to leave a feedback away. However it did not stop the buyer from burning me. I have tried to get ebay to remove it as i feel it is unfair totally. What can i do?!
