Feedback rating

Hi, just wondering why my feedback score says zero. I had a perfect score of 100% as a seller and a buyer. But now it says 0.0%. If you check all my feedback it's perfect but my score now says 0.0% next to my user name. How do I get this fixed?? This is going to effect my future selling/buying. I want my perfect score back. I worked long and hard to achieve a 100% rating and would like it back. Thanks for any help. It would be much appreciated

It's because you haven't had any transactions in the last 12 months.

If you buy an item and the seller leaves you feedback, you'll be back to 100%.
