Feedback Restrictions?

 I've noticed lately I have not been receiving feedback I asked one of my sellers about this and they said they tried to leave me feedback they received an error message so I called eBay and they told me because I am "a power seller" People are required to wait seven days before they can leave feedback for me and this is for my benefit?  I'm just an average seller I don't have a store or anything of that sort it's hard enough to get people to leave feedback on eBay and putting some restriction or block on feedback only makes it worse  feedback should be sacred and not tampered with people should be able to leave feedback at any time if they have a transaction with you! I usually ship my items the same or next day people receive the item inspect it and then make the small effort to leave feedback and if they are blocked because my item arrived so quickly (within the seven days) they don't make the effort to go back and leave feedback a second time it's not that important to them they have the item...  Because I ship my item so fast and they arrive within this seven day period I am  losing feedback score   Attached screenshot  for one of my transactions
