When leaving feedback on an item purchased, how does the question Did the Item Arrive Before X Date count in the seller's feedback ratings?
If it counts in a meaningful way, how does it factor in delays that may be entirely out of the sellers' control, such as weather delays or problems with local post office delivery due
to staff shortages or changes in delivery person?
If the question is not answered at all, and left blank how does that count?
