Have any of you experienced not being able to get to the bottom of the feedback screen past the photos? Scrolling stops there. No way to submit the feedback on my Android phone now. Any idea how to make Ebay programmer someones aware?

Try using a browser to submit your feedback.
On my Android phone, I can report technical issues with the eBay app by shaking the phone to bring up a reporting form.
