Feedback Calculator Issues

anyone else having issues with their feedback calculator all of a sudden. I had one negative back in December 2017 and all of sudden after being 100% all year it went to 99.9%. They reset the calculator a few days ago saying it should show 100 and it went back to 100. FEw days later, today, back to 99.9% with no new negative feedback and the new reps says thats how it should be....what the heck...really????
