Fedex Smartpost not showing up as calculated rate - only Fedex home will calculate

Not sure why this is happening want to show the lower Smartpost rates. If it is the only available choice, it says "contact seller for shipping quote" if it is one of the two choices it will not show up.
It's a big box 30" x 30" x 16" and weighs about 10 lbs
