FedEx SmartPost shipping service doesn't appear in my listing

I created a new listing and added two shipping services - FedEx SmartPost and UPS Ground, but when I open my listing and click on the "Shipping and payments" tab I don't see the FedEx SmartPost option there. If I click the Edit button on "Selling" page and get to the "Revise your listing" page I see that the FedEx SmartPost service is added to the "Shipping details - Domestic Shipping" section.
I don't know why this option doesn't appear in my listing, but it looks like a technical issue.
