FedEx Shipping Costs Higher when printing label then what is stated on Ebay Calculator

Has anyone else had issues with FedEx rates since USPS rates increased?  I use FedEx Smartpost to save my buyer shipping costs for heavy less expensive items and it has been almost exact from what was charged to the buyer to what is charged to me when printing label but since the weekend, the amount on listing (ebay calculator) and what the buyer pays has been way off.  The charge when printing the label has popped up $2.50 to $5 more than what I received and I can't pay that when an item is selling for $5.  I have been using FedEx Smartpost for over a year and have never had a problem until this weekend.  I know about the fee that is charged when printing label and it still kept it around the same but no more than 60 cents over what buyer paid.  I think when they updated USPS rates, it messed up FedEx rates.
