Fake product and unreturnable items.

Hello, You know I was real impressed with Ebay back in the day. You could find hard to find items from all over. Some seller were absolutely legit. Now it seems a lot of items are either knockoffs or the seller miss describes the item. Then, along with the knockoffs stops selling on Ebay or changes their sellers name. Then continues to sell knockoffs or items that can't be returned if miss described. I have three Seresto Cat collars that don't work at all. I have a Samsung Galaxy S10 described as unlocked. But actually was locked to Tracfone. With a one year subscription to Tracfone I could get unlocked to my provider. I asked for a return/refund and the seller stopped selling under that name and continued to sell under another. I sent a issue problem to Ebay with no results. They closed the account issue as being resolved. Not. I have three Seresto collar that are worthless. No reason to ask for a refund as the seller is no longer selling on Ebay or is selling under a different name. What's the point Obeo. I'll not trust Ebay any longer.
