Fake Diamonds and Blocking

Hi I have never been blocked until I complained to ebay because many supposed Diamonds turned out to be Moissanite! I found out too late because my low grade diamond tester told me they were Diamonds. I took them to a Jeweler and found out I wasted my money not on Low grade Carbon but Silicon Carbide. Not the same at all. Ebay allows customers to be ripped off and now I am being blocked not only by the company I bought from But their partners in this conspiracy to just abuse customers. What can we do? How can we stop this large scale ripoff? Please help.

If less than 30 days, open a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved. 

If 30 to 180 days open a dispute with the payment processor.
