Hi Fellow Ebayers!
I have a first time situation on my hands. The call wait time is 22 minutes, so I thought I'd ask here.... I offer 30 day FREE Returns. An item that was purchased over the weekend was mailed out yesterday (Monday) and hasn't reached her home yet. She filed for a return before it even arrived because "it's too small and won't fit her needs". The dimensions are in my listing and are very obvious (large font.) Ebay automatically accepted the return request based on my policy. What do I do? Is there a restocking fee or something...why should I pay for both shipping charges when she cancelled after I sent it, before receiving it and it's not late....not to mention my time and supplies.
Any advice/insight would be much appreciated!
