FEES

I noticed on my E-bay invoice that an item I sold had a "FINAL VALUE FEE ON SHIPPING" & on the next line down was a 'FINAL VALUE FEE."  Both amounts were identical.  Do I add these 2 lines together to determine the fees E-Bay received or just the fee on the one line?  I'm confused.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.
