Why was I charged an extra 1.20 for shipping? Isn’t the buyer supposed to pay extra shipping fees if it’s not enough?!!!
No. The seller is responsible for getting it right.
ETA: As to "why" you were charged more, something you told eBay to tell USPS was inaccurate (weight of entire package, dimensions, something that kicked it up to a different rate schedule, etc.).
