Every time I do a security tuneup it tells me the eBay TOOLBAR IS NOT SAFE & it should be removed.

Every time I do a security tuneup it tells me the eBay toolbar is not safe & it should be removed. Has anyone else had problems with the security of the toolbar? I don't want to remove it but I also don't want to have my computer compromised.
