I'm constantly getting an error message saying "we ran into s technical issue please try again later" them I try to view my cart or do anything relating to my cart like adding an item, deleting an item or saving it for later. Is on both the app and the webpage. I have cleared my cookies, history, search and done everything I know to do. I don't have time to call eBay or have time for them to call me. I am rather perturbed they have gotten rid of the direct contact email and chat options as that is the way I deal with everything done I am always doing 15 things at a time. It is preventing me from making purchases I would normally have made. And this is the second time recently that I'm having technical trouble related to my cart.
