Error Code 70245

I won an item but I can’t pay for it (first time this has happened). I tried to pay for it last night and again this morning upon receiving an invoice from the seller. Upon selecting “Pay Now” I next receive an “ebay Checkout” error page with “Something went wrong. Please try to check out again” and “Error Code: 70245”. (As such, the transaction never reaches/interacts with PayPal.) What is the meaning of your 70245 error code? I have tried again several times but always receive the same error page and code. I have also tried signing off and signing back on to eBay. I was able to successfully pay for another item last night, that was won after winning this item (via “pay only this seller” in checkout), so maybe this problem has something to do with the seller’s account or with the specific item? * Also, I just noticed that the URL for the “ebay Checkout” error page has “&redirect=mobile” appended at the end. But I am not using mobile. (And now I learn I can't send this detailed error description to eBay support, so I will post here first before having to phone.)
