Ending Early

Hello,  I've had a bidder ask me to end an auction early to sell her the item, but I don't know if I can without dinging my rating.  She is the only bidder.  I found articles about canceling, but none that directly addressed this question.  So, how would I end an auction to the bidder without it affecting my rating?  Or is this not possible?
