Email Marketing Store feature, Anyone else having issues with vanishing emails?

This is the second week I have fought ebay over this issue and the second week I have lost days of promoted items. They keep telling me I am theonly one with this problem and it must be a "one of" issue. I keep sending out my email marketing to the 744 store followers. It comes up as pending as normal and then simply vanishes. I do this over and over. I have reported it. I called yet again today and was told that they could not look into the vanishing pending email as it was not there. OMG the vanishing email vanished???? Who knew!!!!!! Has anyone else had this problem??? It seems insane that I am paying $200 a month for a store and I can not send out a mareting email to list items on sale. What the heck are we paying for ??? If you have had this problem please please reply. They are clearly not trying to fix this as they claim it is only me and maybe my browswer or cookies made it happen.

I'm having the same problem, although it doesn't vanish ENTIRELY.  If I bring up the Sent Emails separately and look for everything that's been sent - I can find my emails marked as "Sent" but with no actual emails sent out to my subscribers, and a status of "FAILED(TRY AGAIN)" when I open the "Sent" email with no other explanation.  Every email I've tried to send for the past 2 weeks fails with this same error and no indication of why they fail to send.  I've tried to get answers to NO AVAIL.   There's nothing within the email that should be causing it to fail - no policy violations or anything like that.  Pretty basic email about a sale and promotion I'm running this month.  By the time subscribers finally get the email - the promotion will be over!
