Ebay transactions are not syncing with QuickBooks Online and I need to manually load transactions.

New to Ebay 🙂

Seeking advice, I purchased Simple Start -QBO on Oct 3rd, 2023. synced ebay and it worked fine. Now it's not syncing at all. 

I get my payout information from my Bank which is connected to QBO.  

Questions: 

1.  I've read a lot about the issue Ebay transaction not syncing and it goes back a couple of years. Is there a fix yet or a work around besides manually entering the data?

2. If I upgraded to a QBO higher subscription would this fix the problem?

3. I need to manually add the missing data to QB. I want to create a report from Ebay that brings in the same data as if it were syncing properly.

@nosinventory   You might try asking this on the Selling Board where more sellers can respond as this board is locked to only Mentors and there are not many of us.   I don't know of any Mentors off hand that use quick books, I know of a couple that use spread sheets.
