Ebay standard envelope

Ebay needs to allow collectable cloth patches to be shipped using eBay standard envelope. Police, fire, military, scout and advertising patches are collected by millions but aren't afforded this service. Yet sports cards and coins are.

It's a relatively new service - eBay has indicated they may add more Categories in the future.
