Ebay says LABEL ALREADY CREATED FOR AN ITEM

Ebay states Label already created for an item and there never was a label created for it.  In error got marked shipped and now does not allow me to print a label.  Can change it back to NOT SHIPPED still states LABEL ALREADY CREATED>>>>>frustrated

You can reprint a label from the shipping label page within 24 hours of purchase.

You can void a label up to 5 days after purchase.   You can select print label again from next to the item, just ignore the warning that you already printed one.
