Ebay's website payments feature broken

For the last 2 days, Ebay's website has not been functioned. I have one accepted bid to pay for (disappears from cart list when trying to pay) and 8 other purchases in the cart. The **bleep** system can't remember credit card security code for 2 seconds and keeps asking to refill those numbers in the blank. It can not process either credit card which work at other stores without drama. Employee Matt at 10:10PM can't find the 8 items in my cart, even though I am on the page looking at the list when trying to pay for the things. The 9th item already contracted for has disappeared from my side of the website. Matt doesn't have a clue what the problem is, as he can even access my cart, and says he can't fix the problem. What are the options?
