Ebay package arrive for previous home owner

We moved into our new house a month ago and have been experiencing the normal issue of getting the previous owners mail still. This week however we received a package from ebay for the previous owners. We wrote return to sender on it and dropped in a postal bin. Its shown back up today and we were wondering if there was a way to look up a seller on ebay to get in contact with them on what we should do.

Look on the shipping label.  Along the right side, do you see a 12 digit number running vertically down the side?  If so, that would be the item number, and we can search ebay to locate the seller.
