Ebay messaging not working - can't find where I request a call back

Hello

Just made a sale but it appears the messaging system is down - tried both the app and the website.  Can't get past the 'bot' and I can't find 'request a call back' anywhere on the site any more.  I need to arrange a collection with my buyer.  Is anyone else experiencing this? Thanks

If you are using the new messaging system, start typing where it says SEND MESSAGE.  The area will enlarge as you type.  When done typing, click on that "paper airplane" looking arrow on the right side to send the message.
