Ebay errors, sending multiple notices of items sold

Is anybody else receiving multiple notices for the same item sold?  I sell prints that are printed on demand when an order is received.  I received to separate notices from Ebay of item sold, the same item (listed as multiples available) but it turned out to be the same sale--only ONE item sold.  I ordered TWO items from my print facility relying on the Ebay messages when, in fact, I only needed one.  One message even showed the buyer as MY OWN MEMBER ID.  Ebay is constantly making errors and experiencing "glitches" but, unlike sellers who get negative feedback or other punitive demerits, Ebay goes unaccountable.  Errors like this cost me money in the resulting unnecessary orders placed.
