Ebay double charges, can't do anything about it

Why can you never get anyone to help when ebay double charges and siphons money from your accounts.

There is a prompt for everything but. They think I will forget about it every month as I  keep so busy, I emptied my store to re evaluate the situation and they double charged on my store rent. After 28 years on ebay, I think I have had enough.

I have never had eBay double charge me for my store subscription, but there was one time that they didn't charge me for one month and I was charged twice the next month.  But it was very clear because it showed the month I was being charged for.  I then went back to the previous month and noticed I wasn't charged.

If you took all your listings down, does that mean you don't want to sell anymore.  If so, did you cancel your store subscription?  Depending on how long your subscription is and how far along in the year you are, you will have to pay a fee for this.  That might be what you are seeing.
