Ebay call center Down?? Live chat down? Any form of contact just stopped!! :(

About  an hour ago I logged into my account and requested for them to call me. I successfully got my request accepted and told me the wait would be 107min.. Whatever, they want these new hours then of course wait times are gonna be horrible. Anyways the time passes, didnt get a call so i log into my account again only to find that I cant even request for them to call me a second time BECAUSE THEY ARE TEMPORARILY SHUT DOWN.. I go to the live chat and THATS SHUT DOWN TOO!! Cant even send these bast**ds an email either.. This is my money that's being effected, this is my time being wasted! We pay them 10% for their service and I AT THE VERY LEAST EXPECT TO BE ANSWERED.. Not to mention this shipping fee in which they dont deserve, and now the da** managed payments trash that they dont care to let you out of once your in so that they can have your bank account on file since paypal can protect you from ebay if something shady happens..

I got an email not too long ago about, it was either the month if October or November being feeless. I opted in but I was still charged both of those months. As soon as I get all of this settled im gone!! And hexing tf out of all their upper management whether yall believe in my beliefs or not. I do wayy to much work and have given them wayy to much money to be ignored by a company who's been around almost as long as google.. There's absolutely no way in hell that this is an accident. They fkd themselves with these new hours and the managed payments and now they wanna recoup.
