Ebay advised me to use the resolution center but then refuses to allow the dispute.

We paid for an item and it shows on our credit card. It never came and we received an email from Ebay saying the sellers account had been hijacked and we should use the Ebay guarantee. The Ebay resolutions page says we can't. Once again we are in a catch 22 situation with Ebay.
