I bought a item (Elgato) on the 9th and now its the 27th.. The shipping took 8-12 days it said but it hasn't came in and no sign of communication was there, I messaged him and no response. I checked if I could check the Resolution Center but when I tried it said I didn't pay for the item when on my paypal it says I did. What should I do now?
